Harmony Club played Bowery last night. They are Bradford Cox and Avey Tare. People were handing out mushrooms from a plastic bag. Coincidence?

The Hold Steady played McCarren. It's a nice place to have shows, even when rain shoots into your face sideways. It was dry for the Steady tho!

High Places played last night in Stuy Town. There were tons of kids there with balloons. It was really really wholesome.
